We are the Ihanktonwan sisters, descendant of Ironbear and iron necklace. Our pathway to traditional medicines is something we honor and uphold with great pride. We strive too break down those barricades of modern day medicine and reintroduce indigenous peoples to traditional pathways with open arms. By embracing our ancestral knowledge and practices, we aim to restore the balance between mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to educate and empower our communities, ensuring that the wisdom of our ancestors continues to thrive and heal future generations
